If your message is about an order, include the reference that starts with ord_ (it’s on your confirmation page) and the username or link you ordered for. That lets us answer on the first reply.
What we can help with
- A refill if your count dropped within 30 days of delivery ending.
- An order that seems stuck or slower than expected.
- A wrong username or link, if you catch it before delivery finishes.
- Refunds for anything we couldn’t deliver.
- Questions before you buy.
What we’ll never ask for
A password for either platform, a one-time code, or card numbers sent by email. If anyone claiming to be us asks for those, it isn’t us.
Before you write
A lot of questions are answered in delivery and refills, paying from Ireland and refunds and cancelling.
