Refunds and cancelling
What happens if something can’t be delivered, how your right to cancel works for a service that starts straight away, and how refills fit in.

Parts we can’t deliver
Should some or all of an order prove undeliverable (for example, the post was deleted or the account went private before delivery started) we refund that part to the card or wallet you paid with.
Your right to cancel
For online purchases you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because a follower or like order starts within minutes, you ask us at checkout to begin straight away. That means:
- Cancel while delivery is still running and you’re charged just for what has arrived so far; the rest comes back to you.
- When everything has been delivered, there’s nothing left to cancel.
To cancel, email support@buyfollowersireland.com with your ord_ reference. Use any wording you like.
Drops after delivery
A drop in the count isn’t a refund case; it’s what the 30-day refill is for. Email us within 30 days of delivery finishing and we’ll top it up free. See delivery and refills.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method, usually showing within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Nothing on this page reduces your rights under EU or Irish consumer law.
