How we handle your data
We collect as little as we can: what’s needed to deliver your order and answer your emails. Here’s exactly what, and why.

What we collect
- Order details: the bundle, the public username or link you gave us, the price and an order reference. Kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Payment: handled entirely by the hosted checkout. We receive confirmation that you paid, not your card details.
- Emails you send us: kept while we deal with your query.
- Public profile lookups: when you preview an account or use a calculator, we fetch public information about it at that moment. We don’t store it beyond a short cache.
What we don’t do
No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling or sharing your data for marketing. The basket is saved in your own browser’s storage, on your device, so it survives a page reload.
Who processes data for us
A payment provider (for the checkout), a hosting provider (for the site and order records) and a delivery partner (who receives the public username or link and the amount, so the order can be fulfilled). Each gets only what it needs.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request what we hold about you, have it fixed or erased, or object to its use. Email support@buyfollowersireland.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
